Hi! My name is Stephanie and welcome to my new book blog, book frolic!

I’ve been in love with books since I figured out how to read (and maybe even a bit before that) and after years of indecision, I decided to jump in with both feet and start this blog. And today just happens to be my birthday so I figured it’s the perfect time to start on a new adventure!

This little corner of the internet will be filled with book reviews, author interviews, book lists and any other bookish topics that catch my interest. I read a wide variety of genres but find that I’m generally drawn to mysteries, historical fiction and culinary writing. I’m currently obsessed with culinary cozy mysteries and Sherlock pastiches so you’ll see a lot of those in the near future here!
